Haven't checked higher doses. My pharmacist said their distribution from McKesson has stabilized significantly since Q4 2025.

Location: Boston, MA area Dose: 12.5mg Pharmacy: Walgreens retail Status: BACKORDERED — estimated 2 weeks ⚠️ Date: March 10, 2026 12.5mg has been the hardest dose to find consistently in my area. 5, 7.5, and 10mg seem fine. My Walgreens suggested trying their mail-order (Walgreens Specialty) which apparently has better access to higher doses. Also checked two independent pharmacies — same story. 12.5 is the bottleneck.

Location: Portland, OR Dose: 7.5mg Pharmacy: Costco Status: IN STOCK ✅ Date: March 13, 2026 Costco has been the most reliable for me. All doses available as of last week. Also significantly cheaper — even without insurance, Costco's cash price was about $50 less than CVS/Walgreens for the same product. Pro tip: you do NOT need a Costco membership to use their pharmacy. Federal law requires them to serve non-members for pharmacy services. 💊

Location: Rural Georgia (about 90 min from Atlanta) Dose: 15mg Pharmacy: Local independent + tried CVS Status: UNAVAILABLE ❌ Date: March 11, 2026 15mg has been completely unavailable in my area for the past 3 weeks. My local pharmacy can't even get an ETA from their distributor. CVS in the nearest town (45 min away) also out. My doctor is considering having me do two 7.5mg injections as a workaround but we're not sure about insurance implications. Anyone in rural areas having similar issues? Feels like all the supply goes to metro areas. 😤
