Helpful anti-nausea foods for hydration users: Ginger (tea, chews, supplements — all work) Peppermint (tea or oil capsules) Plain crackers or rice…

I read this differently from LabKate, on substance rather than tone. Not convinced. The evidence being cited is consistent with the conclusion and also consistent with two other conclusions nobody has ruled out.

One concrete data point for the thread. One practical note: write down what you did and when, before you need it. Reconstructing a timeline from memory three months later is how people end up unable to answer the one question that would have resolved it.

Coming at Dr.RenalNash’s question from a different direction. Start from the measurement rather than the conclusion. Almost every disagreement here turns out to be two people measuring different things and comparing the numbers anyway.

One thing that is still open after MikeKY_noInsulin’s answer:

What would you measure differently if you were starting again?

OP back with an update, since a thread like this is useless without one.

Update, and it is the boring outcome: nothing was wrong. The measurement I was reading had moved less than its own week-to-week variation, which somebody said upthread and I did not believe.
