Hair loss update related to hair shedding: I experienced noticeable shedding starting around month 3.

I read this differently from InsuranceTom, on substance rather than tone. Filing an objection on the n=1 problem. Personal experience is genuine evidence about one person and very weak evidence about anybody else, and this thread keeps promoting the first into the second.

The figures, for anyone assembling their own picture. If you are going to change something, change one thing and give it long enough to express itself. Four weeks is the usual minimum for anything pharmacological on this board, and two weeks of data has told you almost nothing.

Adding the part of the answer the thread has not reached. The mechanism and the magnitude are separate questions. Agreeing that something happens says nothing about whether it happens enough to act on.

Ask again with the specifics and you will get a better answer than this one.

One thing that is still open after anna.melb_AU’s answer:

What did you change at the same time, and can you separate the two now?

OP back with an update, since a thread like this is useless without one.

Reporting back with a partial result, because a partial result is still better than silence. Two of the three things suggested helped; I cannot separate them and I am not going to pretend otherwise.
