I want to add some important safety monitoring guidelines for anyone running multi-peptide stacks: Minimum monitoring protocol: - Baseline labs before starting any stack (CBC, CMP, lipids, CRP) - Repeat labs at 8-12 weeks - If adding new peptides, consider interim labs at 4 weeks - Self-monitor: blood pressure weekly, injection site reactions daily, symptom diary Red flags to stop everything and see a doctor: - Persistent injection site hardness, warmth, or spreading redness (infection risk) - New onset chest pain or shortness of breath - Jaundice or dark urine (liver stress) - Severe or persistent abdominal pain (pancreatitis risk — primarily from GLP-1 but be vigilant) - Allergic reactions: hives, facial swelling, difficulty breathing Quality control reminder: When you're stacking multiple research peptides, you're trusting multiple products from vendors with varying quality standards. Each additional compound adds a small but nonzero contamination/mislabeling risk. Use vendors with third-party COA testing for every batch, and don't mix compounds from different vendors in the same syringe.

One more consideration that's rarely discussed: peptide degradation and storage when running multiple compounds. If you have 3-4 reconstituted vials in your fridge simultaneously: - Label everything clearly with compound name, concentration, reconstitution date - Reconstituted peptides generally last 3-4 weeks refrigerated in BAC water - Don't let them freeze (destroys many peptides) - If a solution becomes cloudy, changes color, or develops particles — discard it - Keep vials upright to minimize rubber stopper contact with solution I've seen people on forums use unmarked vials and accidentally inject the wrong peptide. When you're running GLP-1 + BPC + TB + whatever else, clear labeling is a safety issue, not just an organization issue. Also: keep a log. Write down what you injected, when, what dose, what site. If something goes wrong, your doctor needs to know exactly what you've been taking. I use a simple spreadsheet with columns for date, time, compound, dose, site, and notes.

Three months in, I had an unexpected lab result (elevated eosinophils) and being able to show my doctor exactly what I'd been taking, when, and at what doses made the conversation much more productive. (Turned out to be seasonal allergies, not peptide-related, but the log ruled out a lot of possibilities quickly.) The point of stacking safely isn't just about pharmacological interactions — it's about systems-level organization, monitoring, and documentation. Treat it like a protocol, not like throwing things at a wall.
