STEP 2: Set up your wallet & SAVE YOUR SEED PHRASE When you create a new wallet, it will generate a "seed phrase" — usually 12 or 24 random words. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN THIS ENTIRE GUIDE. Your seed phrase IS your wallet. If you lose your phone, you can recover everything with these words. If someone ELSE gets these words, they can steal everything. Rules: ✅ Write it down on paper (yes, actual paper) ✅ Store the paper somewhere safe (fireproof box, safe, etc.) ✅ Consider making a second copy in a different location ❌ Do NOT screenshot it ❌ Do NOT save it in Notes/Google Drive/email ❌ Do NOT share it with ANYONE, ever ❌ No legitimate service will EVER ask for your seed phrase I cannot stress this enough.
