Shot day Monday report relevant to baseline bloodwork: Week 43.

No disagreement, though the timescale matters more than the mechanism here. Most of what looks like a difference in kind turns out to be a difference in how long somebody waited.

One addition: if the lab changes analytical platform between your draws, the comparison breaks and nobody tells you.

This answered a question I did not know how to ask. Printing the relevant bit and taking it with me.

I read this differently from Dr.NateNeph, on substance rather than tone. Pushing back on the consensus forming here. Consistency is not the same as correctness, and a board that agrees with itself quickly is usually agreeing with the first person who sounded certain.

I would rather be corrected than agreed with, if it comes to it.

The figures, for anyone assembling their own picture. Give anything pharmacological four weeks before you judge it, and give anything measured weekly a four-point rolling average before you call it a trend.

Moderator note: good thread. Keeping it here rather than moving it, because the question is general enough to be useful. Thread quality here is what the rules are for. Keep it up.
