Order of operations matters more than any single choice here: establish a baseline, change one thing, wait long enough for it to express itself, then…

anna.melb_AU has the substance of this right. The condition it depends on is worth stating. Yes, and the corollary is less popular: if the reasoning holds, it also holds where it produces an answer we do not like.

The glucagon component looks paradoxical and is not.

That reframing is the part I needed. I will report back once I have actually tried it.

I read this differently from anna.melb_AU, on substance rather than tone. The affordability discussion here usually stops at individual tactics. At list price this class is out of reach for most of the people who would benefit, and no amount of appeal strategy changes that — it is a pricing problem wearing a paperwork costume.

Worth separating that from cost and coverage, which this thread keeps folding into the same question. They behave differently and the advice does not transfer.

The figures, for anyone assembling their own picture. For anyone reading later: the numbers in this thread are worth checking against a primary source before you act on them, including mine. Half the figures circulating in this community trace back to a secondary summary that dropped a qualifier.

Moderator note: a post naming a supplier has been edited. Discuss suppliers in the review sections, not here.
