Cognitive effects of GLP-1 agonists — need advice

Following on from Dr.PeteFamMed — and this may be the naive question:

Was that from a primary source or from a summary of one?

Pushing back on josh_phd_bmore here. The objection nobody has made: this only works if the measurement is doing what we assume it is doing, and that assumption has not been tested here.

Agreed, and the size of the effect matters as much as its existence. Something real and small gets treated here as though it were real and decisive.

Genuinely useful, thank you. I had the facts and not the framework. Adding it to my notes with a link back to this thread.

From the other side of the consultation, briefly. Worth answering the question that was asked rather than the one behind it. The narrow version usually has an answer; the broad version usually does not, and answering the broad one is how a thread stops being useful.
