Got a weird text offering cheap Ozempic - definitely a scam right? — anyone have experience?

I'm literally shaking reading this. My sister bought "Ozempic" from someone on Instagram three weeks ago. She's not diabetic, she's using it for weight loss. If those pens contain random amounts of insulin she could have a serious hypoglycemic episode. I'm calling her right now. This is terrifying.
