My labs after 3 months on glycaemic control: A1C 5.2%, fasting glucose 87 mg/dL, fasting insulin 6 uIU/mL.

That is right for the common case. Whether it is right for the case being asked about depends on a detail that has not been given.

Glycemic variability as the key metric for glycaemic control success: my coefficient of variation (CV) on CGM dropped from 41% to 21%.

Thank you — that is the clearest version of this I have read, and I have read a lot of them. Printing the relevant bit and taking it with me.

I do not accept the framing. The question has been narrowed to the version that has a tidy answer, and the part that was dropped is the part the OP actually asked about.

The figures, for anyone assembling their own picture. If you are going to change something, change one thing and give it long enough to express itself. Four weeks is the usual minimum for anything pharmacological on this board, and two weeks of data has told you almost nothing.

Moderator note: good thread. Keeping it here rather than moving it, because the question is general enough to be useful. Thread quality here is what the rules are for. Keep it up.
