Got a weird text offering cheap Ozempic - definitely a scam right?

I'm literally shaking reading this. My sister bought "Ozempic" from someone on Instagram three weeks ago. She's not diabetic, she's using it for weight loss. If those pens contain random amounts of insulin she could have a serious hypoglycemic episode. I'm calling her right now. This is terrifying.

If she experiences any symptoms of hypoglycemia (shakiness, sweating, confusion, rapid heartbeat, extreme hunger), she needs to eat something with sugar and call 911 immediately.
