Red flags I've seen in 100+ vendor reviews — my results so far

PeptidePure has been getting some buzz so I decided to be a guinea pig. Here's my first order report. Order Details: - Semaglutide 5mg/2mL vial x2 - Ordered: February 18, 2026 - Shipped notification: February 19 (next day — good sign) - Delivered: February 22 (4 business days to Midwest) - Price: $129/vial ($258 total, free shipping over $200) Packaging: Insulated box with two gel cold packs. Vials wrapped individually in bubble wrap. Temperature indicator strip showed green (acceptable range). Included printed COA for each vial. Professional packaging overall — better than some established vendors honestly. COA Review: The included COA lists: - Purity: 99.1% (HPLC) - Endotoxin: <0.5 EU/mg - Sterility: Pass - pH: 7.2 - Testing lab listed as "in-house" Red flag: "In-house" testing with a 99.1% purity claim. That's suspiciously high and there's no way to verify in-house results. I immediately sent one vial to Janoshik. Janoshik Results (received March 4): - HPLC Purity: 96.8% - Main impurity: Des-amino semaglutide at 1.9% So the actual purity is 96.8% — perfectly acceptable, but NOT the 99.1% their in-house COA claimed. That's a 2.3 percentage point discrepancy, which is significant. Subjectively: Using the second vial currently (started at 0.25mg/week). Appetite suppression is noticeable and comparable to what I've experienced with other vendors' sema. No injection site reactions. Solution reconstituted perfectly clear. Overall: 6.5/10. Product seems fine but the inflated COA numbers are a trust issue. If they were honest and said 96.8% I'd have no complaints. The dishonesty (or incompetence in testing) is the problem.
