Do NOT use a cloudy peptide solution. Full stop. Cloudiness can indicate protein aggregation or bacterial contamination, neither of which you want to inject.
Regarding the temperature exposure — peptides like tirzepatide are relatively stable in lyophilized (powder) form and can tolerate short periods at room temperature. However, 85°F for an extended period is pushing it, and if it was already reconstituted that's a much bigger problem.
Was it lyophilized powder or pre-mixed liquid when it arrived?
