I went ahead and placed an order too after seeing this. My independent test results were interesting: - Janoshik HPLC: 97.2% purity - PeptidePure COA claimed: 98.8% So a 1.6% discrepancy on my batch. Less than the OP's but still consistently inflated. The product itself is good though — my endocrinologist actually commented that my GLP-1 levels looked consistent with proper semaglutide dosing (I get labs done monthly). At $129/vial it's a strong value proposition IF the actual purity stays in the 96-97% range. I just wish they'd be honest about their numbers.

Two independent tests both showing the COA inflated by 1.5-2.5% is a pretty clear pattern. The actual product quality is fine — 96.8% and 97.2% are both perfectly usable — but the intellectual dishonesty is a problem. I've seen vendors start like this and go one of two ways: 1. Community pressure leads them to adopt third-party testing and they become a solid option 2. They double down on in-house testing and eventually quality slips because there's no external accountability Hoping PeptidePure goes route #1. The pricing, shipping, and product quality (as independently verified) are all good. They just need to be honest about their numbers.

Just want to add that their customer service has been responsive. Asked about the COA discrepancy (politely, with Janoshik report attached) and got a response within 5 hours. The pharmacist acknowledged that "in-house HPLC reference standard calibration may differ from external labs" and said they're "evaluating third-party testing options for 2026." That's a diplomatic answer that doesn't fully address the concern, but it's not defensive or dismissive either. I'll give them some time to see if they actually move to third-party COAs.

Following this vendor closely now. If they adopt third-party testing and maintain that $129 price point, they could be a serious contender. The fact that two independent Janoshik tests both came back above 96.5% suggests the underlying product quality is solid even if their own testing overstates it. Going to order next month and add my own Janoshik results to the community data. The more data points we have the better picture we can paint.
