Month 5, semaglutide 1.7mg
This month: -4 lbs
ONEDERLAND!!! First time under 200 since 2018. I literally did a happy dance on the scale this morning. 36 lbs down.
Welcome to the June 2026 monthly weigh-in thread! Drop your stats below. Include as much or as little as you'd like.
Format suggestion:
- Starting weight / Current weight / Goal weight
- Time on medication
- Current dose
- This month's loss/gain
Remember: the scale is ONE data point. Measurements, how clothes fit, lab values, energy levels — it all matters. No judgment here, whether you lost 12 lbs or gained 2.

Month 8, tirzepatide 10mg
This month: -5 lbs
Slower than last month (-8) but I'm trying not to get hung up on the rate. 65 lbs gone. Blood pressure down from 152/96 to 128/82. New labs next week, expecting good things from the lipid panel.

Week 6, semaglutide 0.5mg
This month: -3 lbs
I know that's slow compared to what I see on here but I started at a lower weight so I think it's proportionally okay? Also I'm only 5'2" so 6 lbs from 187 is actually noticeable. Pants are fitting differently already.

3 lbs in a month at your starting weight and dose is great progress. Percentage-wise that's 1.6% body weight which is right on track. People starting at higher weights lose faster in absolute terms but the percentages are often similar. Don't compare your chapter 1 to someone else's chapter 8.
