WWB Chinese New Year shipping delay — plan ahead!

The December order was slow because of holiday shipping congestion — they warned me about that upfront, which I appreciated. Packaging breakdown: - Outer box: plain brown corrugated, no branding, customs declaration reads "biochemical reagents for laboratory use" - Inner layer: vacuum-sealed mylar bag - Vials wrapped individually in bubble wrap - Cold pack included (gel type, not ice — still cool on arrival for 3/5 orders) - Packing slip with batch numbers inside the mylar bag No damage on any order. Vials all had intact seals and crimps. Professional operation.
